15 Minute Breakfast Pizza. Use whole wheat crust, skip the bacon, use lowfat cheese and add veggies (spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms). Use egg whites instead of whole eggs too.
Healthy wrap: 1/2 cup chopped chicken, 3 Tbsp Fuji apples chopped, 2 Tbsp red grapes chopped, 2 tsp honey, 2 Tbsp almond butter. Mix and wrap in a Romaine lettuce leaf.
Greek Nachos - tomato, cucumber, ground beef, mint and some tzatziki Great snack with less fat (watch ingredients - fat free yogurt and very low fat ground beef-snack hell, this can be a meal! Add lots of tomatoes and cucumbers.) Use whole grain/wheat pitas too.

It came early! I got the FITBIT FORCE! It was sold out everywhere I went on Friday, Sunday, and Monday. Finally, a guy at Dick’s said he could order it through their scoreboard (not too sure what that is), and it would get to me in three days with free shipping. So surprised it actually came today! Can’t wait to go try it out!
Also, I’ve been spoiling myself with other fitness goodies. I got three of the Nike 1/4 zips like the one pictured above. :) I’m going to get an Under Armour and North Face one on Black Friday. I’m finally fitting into women’s XL. WOOHOO!
So looking forward to getting back on track and becoming the person I know I can be.
With life, school, family, and work stressing us out on the daily, it’s hard to stay dedicated to our fitness goals. It feels like that should come last. But honestly? We should always be putting our health and wellness first! Sometimes we just need a little push to get back on track. I believe this did it for me. Do what you need to do to put you back in a healthy state of mind. You’re worth it!
Now I’m off for a snowy run this afternoon. :)
